Herold Taxi AG stands for quality, environmental awareness and safety. The greatest assets of our family company are our long experience of over 100 years and the quality of our client-oriented employees. Everything is coordinated at our own local taxi office – the heart of our company.
Safety
All our taxi drivers hold a professional licence to transport people (BPT 121) and have passed a test on knowledge of the city and its layout – they know St.Gallen like the back of their hand. Moreover, our vehicle fleet is inspected every year by the cantonal motor vehicle control office, and Herold Taxi holds its own passenger insurance policy.
Our own workshop
We have three mechanics who work exclusively for Herold Taxi AG. Our vehicles are serviced regularly and professionally maintained.
Local 24/7 telephone centre
Herold Taxi AG operates the only taxi office in the city of St.Gallen. Our well-trained and friendly dispatch team are happy to take your orders or help with your questions at any time.
Eco-friendly
Over 15% of our taxi fleet is electric or hydrogen powered. Our entire operations are run using green energy from St.Gallen’s city utility company.
